We offer a wide selection of residential properties for families and friends staying together. Fully and semi-furnished flats are available for lease in different residential areas of Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) , Umm-al-Quwain, Sharjah and Ajman.
We have studio apartments, 1,2,3 bedroom flats, duplex apartments and villas for long term and short term lease. Most of our apartments are fitted with basic amenities and round-the-clock security and maintenance services.
Staff Quarters
We lease staff quarters for accommodating office executives and workers. Our staff quarters are fully or semi-furnished depending on your requirements. We offer rooms as well as dormitories for housing your people. Fully air-conditioned for their convenience we have common areas for toilets, bathing, washing, canteen , sports and recreation.
We own the properties and therefore we ensure that the properties are well maintained and our tenants are provided with tenancy contracts for periods ranging from 1 year to 3 years. We understand the economic situation of our tenants and hence facilitate them through various instalment schemes.
